Jonathan Provencal – Certified BC Lead Guide

Jonathan is a certified British Columbia Lead Guide with extensive experience fishing and navigating the rivers and lakes of the West Kootenays. His deep knowledge of the region comes from years of exploring, observing, and fishing through every season.
With an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor, Jonathan ensures every trip is not only informative but also highly engaging.

“My goal is to guide our guests into the strike zones and support them through the process of getting the fish to the net,” he says.
In addition to guiding, Jonathan has built a 25-year career in local forestry. During the winter months, he works full-time as a Ski Patroller at Red Resort, specializing in avalanche control and guest rescue.
