Our Vessel
Columbia River adventure operates an 18’ Crestliner Jon boat, equipped with a 90/65 Yamaha 4-stroke jet pump engine and is registered with Transport Canada as a Small Commercial Vessel for Passengers/Guided Tours/Sport Fishing. With casting decks at the bow and the stern each angler has amble space to fish. All required safety and rescue equipment is readily accessible by your guide and guests. Comfortable, self-inflating personal floating devises are provided.
The boat can also be drifted and steered with oars and is outfitted with a 9.9hp Yamaha kicker for additional flexibility.
Other on-board amenities include comfortable seating for 3 adults, a large cooler, Bluetooth stereo, interior LED lights, powerful exterior LED lights, multiple rod holders, front/rear anchor system, Garmin fish finder/GPS, all necessary angling equipment and lures.
Safety Program
Our number one priority is guest safety. Weather and water conditions are constantly assessed to ensure all the appropriate decisions are made. Your guide is certified in non-urban outdoor emergency care and our vessel is equipped with a level 1 first aid kit that exceeds the recommended content.
Your guide carries an inReach satellite communicator that allows them to send and receive text messages, share GPS location data, and trigger SOS messages via the Iridium satellite network, even in areas without cell service.
